Everyone, at least almost everyone, likes to have a good time, and thus has probably wondered where in the world is the best place to cut loose and have fun. Definitions of a good time vary, but there seems to be enough consensus so that certain locations -- Ibiza is always a party, right? -- appear on a number of the 'best places in the world to party' lists.
